Novice Strategy for Double-Hand Poker

Double-hand Poker is a current game with ancient ancestry. Founded on the old Chinese tile game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the eastern with the western in a wonderful game for new gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player vs. the casino, not like most other poker games that gamblers play against other gamblers. By wagering against the dealer, starting players don’t have to be concerned about other, more experienced gamblers winning their cash.

A further Pai Gow advantage is the relatively slow game play, beginners can take their time and plan without having to make quick choices.

It’s also simpler to gamble on for a very long time with only a little bit of money after all, to not win, both of your hands must be lower than each of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt 7 cards face up and the dealer receives 7 cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and a 2 card hand must be put together from the seven cards, the five card hand must be better than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be higher than the casino’s.
